Vera Massage provides professional massage therapy services in accordance with New Zealand laws and industry standards. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment.
• Vera Massage reserves the right to decline or modify services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
• We maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in line with health regulations.

5. Code of Conduct

• Vera Massage maintains a professional and respectful environment.
• Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.
• Clients are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of service via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property
